OpenDA 2.1 Release Notes.

This is a maintenance release containing bug fixes and enhancements. For an overview of the changes in version 2.1, see Change-log-2.1.txt.

New Features:

A C# dotNet version of the OpenDA Java code is available in the folder 'dotnet_bridge'.

Several new models have been added:
